flour [125g]
soya milk [240ml]
sugar [1 tbsp]
apple cider vinegar [1 tbsp]
baking powser [1 tbsp]
vanilla extract [1 tsp]
salt [1/2 tsp]
Optional
chia seeds [1 tsp]
flax seeds [1 tsp]
I was staying with a mate, and it was pancake day, so I was like, why not make some pancakes? That's pretty much it for this one!
Additionally, I need some practice for Wednesday, February 28th, 2024! ;)
If you're also using seeds, start with those by placing them in a cup or small bowl with some water, and give it a stir.
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and stir them together. Similarly, do the same in another bowl with the wet ingredients.Combine the wet and dry ingredients in one bowl and let it sit for five minutes. Afterward, also add the seeds and mix them in.
Heat a frying pan until fully hot, then lower the heat to medium. Pour the batter into the pan and flip the pancake once all edges start coming off the pan.
